The Mystic Team is buzzing with big news! April 15th will be the official release of our first bourbon whiskey finished in a mead barrel! In collaboration with Honeygirl Meadery, this limited release took a 3 year old Heart of Mystic bourbon and rested it for an additional 28 months in a recycled oak barrel that also aged an award-winning honey apple Cyser. The mead barrel finish imparts floral, honeycomb, and apple notes to our bourbon making a smooth bourbon even richer!
