Educate your mind and your palate! This acclaimed program takes you through the history of whiskey from the ancient sands of Egypt to the American Bourbon tradition. Along the way, we learn how the process unique to each whiskey produces that style's distinctive flavor characteristics and we learn about the equipment and process used at Mystic Farm and Distillery.

There are two class times available 12-2 and 2-4.

Whiskey University is $50 per person and includes both a cocktail and a Mystic rocks glass.
