Heart of Mystic Coffee-Finished Bourbon Whiskey

Inside lies our non-chill filtered bourbon finished with coffee beans.
We created this limited release whiskey by partnering with Counter Culture Coffee in Durham, NC. Our goal was to infuse our Heart of Mystic bourbon with the essential notes of one of the world's greatest coffee regions. After selecting a lush barrel of our bourbon, and testing over 10 different coffees, we selected organic beans from South America. The coffee imparts notes of chocolate, ripe fruit, and roasted nuts, balancing beautifully with vanilla, toffee, and the subtle smoke from the #4 charred barrel.
